Tusker Project Fame's TUSKER ALL STARS

Tusker Project Fame has been East Africa's highest rated reality TV Show since it debuted five years back. Some of the most entertaining shows later, it's bringing back eight of it's most explosive stars. This year EABL brings a new kind of show; Tusker All Stars (not to be confused with Tusker Project Fame).
Tusker Project Fame's Tusker All Stars

TUSKER ALL STARS

East Africa's highest rated music Reality Show is back. The 2011 Edition (called Tusker All Stars, TAS) reunites previous contestants for another run for gold at the EABL's Tusker competition. Eight former contestants chosen to compete for fame, or dare I say, more fame, at Tusker All Stars. The winners of Tusker All Stars get a chance to perform with Usher Raymond and Keri Hilson on 20th August 2011 at the Tusker All Stars Concert.

How All Stars Contestants were chosen:

Tusker All Stars' contestants were selected as per their popularity and career during and after their stints at Tusker Project Fame. TPF has, over the years, seen TPF contestants groomed for success. While most were explosive while at TPF, their careers outside are non-existent, for lack of a better word. Tusker All Stars would provide us a chance to see if they've still got it, and them more fan base, if nothing else.
Tusker All Stars: Davis Ntare, Patricia Kihoro, Ngangalito, Hemedy, Amileena, Msechu, Alpha and Caroline

TPF's Tusker All Stars: The Contestants

Tusker Project Fame's Tusker All Stars 2011 sees Hemedi Suleiman [TPF2] and another Tanzanian fan-favorite Peter Msechu [TPF4] both selected to join TAS. Uganda's Davis Ntare [TPF4 Winner] and dance-diva Caroline Nabulime[TPF3] also joined the star-studded cast of contestants. Kenyan contestants of 2011's TPF will be Amileena Mwenesi [TPF4], Bernard Ng'ang'a 'Ng'ang'alito' [TPF3] and Patricia Kihoro [TPF3]. Rwanda's Alpha Rwirangira [TPF3 Winner] will also be joining Tusker Project Fame 2011.

Tusker Project Fame All Stars Week Two

Tusker Project Fame All Stars Week Two

The All Stars show kicked off last week in Nairobi Kenya with Gaetano Jjuko Kaggwa and Eve hosting whereas Joey and Arjun were on the sofa cheering up the all stars.
Tusker Project Fame all stars namely Hemedy from Tanzania, Msechu, Ngangalito, Amileena and Patricia from Kenya, Caroline and the previous two winners Alpha Rwirangira from Rwanda and Uganda's Davis Hilary Ntale were introduced, making a total of eight stars that will be in the tusker project fame academy for eight weeks. This time round, there will be no evictions; however the end game will revolve on the top three tusker project fame stars.
Tusker All Stars' contestants were selected basing on their popularity, career building and aggressiveness after leaving East Africa’s biggest reality house, TPF. Tusker project fame has over the years seen contestants groomed for success to become the leading music brands in the region. Whereas many of the contestants were so hot while at tusker project fame, their music careers outside are nowhere in the journey to success.
During yesterday’s Edition, Caroline, Davis, Ngangalito, Alpha and Hemedy wonderfully performed a number of songs that were chosen by the house Judges.
Davis Hilary Ntale was most outstanding performing a song by Bruno Mars. Judge Ian commended Davis for the mature, better presentation, voicing, and skills he has gained after winning last year’s competition!
Davis later returned on stage to perform his only hitting single that he produced after TPF, the song titled Sheka Sheka is a dance rhythm produced with a real African feel, to entertainment and relate with African Culture.
When Davis was asked about his Song Sheka Sheka, he explained his intention to do this particular one by saying “ In Africa, we all speak different languages and belong to different cultures, Music is the only thing that can unite the whole world, that’s why I decided to do this particular theme , Sheka Sheka ; shake and Dance.
